DescriptionTwo larger and two small boxes of prepared slides. The large ones contain 45 and 17 short (1x2") slides of anatomical subjects, mostly labelled. The smaller ones contain 6 and 7 slides , 1 x 3" , all labelled. On 2/11/99 with letter of 1/12/99 from Prof. La Case to Will Andrews another case of 50 slides was added, all labelled: Searles Biological Laboratory / Bowdoin College and of anatomical subjects and marked:" Morse 97 ".
Historical AttributesNote with boxes: " Microscope slides of Dr. John Hinckley Morse, of the class of 1897. Given to Bowdoin through Alumni Secretary Glenn Richards by his son, Edward H. Morse of the Bowdoin Class of 1933.
