DescriptionTwo mirrors on a supporting track. The latter can be folded in two; a clamp keeps it straight. The mirrors are made of silvered surfaces, mounted in brass frames. Each mirror has an aiming hole in their center. One mirror is adjusted by hand, the other can be finely positioned with screws. This instrument was probably supported by a tripod (now missing).
