AccessoriesOcular with crosshair; cap for ocular with analyzer; ocular cap; objective #3 with 11.5 x 045 mm threads; substage polarizer; no case.
DescriptionThis is a smaller and simpler Nachet polarizing microscope that CHSI inv. 1202, but of a similar design principle. This has a rotary stage with a vernier. The analyser is on top of the ocular. The objective has the French standard thread.

The ocular and the upper part of the tube are fixed while the objective has separate rack and pinion focusing. The objective rotates together with the graduated rotary stage. The polarizer, analyzer and the ocular do not rotate with respect to the stand. The specimen and objective thus keep their angular alignment while the plane of polarization is rotated.
