Description5 5/8" Diameter Brass Universal Equinoctial Ring Dial
5 5/8" diameter UER Dial with the meridian ring's latitude scale divided in 1° increments from 0° to 90° to 0° for both North and South latitudes. The time scale is divided in 15' increments with a 24 hour time scale in Arabic numerals on the inner surface. The instrument is assembled with screws and the suspension ring is not continuous.,circular,There are two shackles (one suspension ring is missing) and four latitude scales.
