DescriptionThis is a Bausch & Lomb binocular compound microscope with a stand CTAV. It is equipped with a large binocular body with a revolving triple nosepiece, a mechanical stage, a blackened u-shaped base, and a curved arm. A condenser with an iris diaphragm on an adjustable support is located beneath the stage. There is no substage mirror.
The coarse adjustment on this instrument is by rack and pinion. The fine adjustment is a knob located on the side of the arm.
