        DescriptionThis monkey wrench is made of a beryllium copper alloy and is cast. The handle is marked with raised letters "MADE IN USA" and "AMPCO" in a diamond. Below the company logo the word "BERYLLIUM" is stamped. On the other side of the handle, raised letters follow a diamond and read "W1148." The upper jaw shaft reads "W1148B" and is followed by a diamond. These are product catalogue numbers.

        The metal is oily and dirty. A line of red paint is under the lower jaw and on the upper jaw.
