DescriptionA telephone receiver known as a "watchcase" style receiver, because of its compact shape. The device consists of a short cylindrical case, made of hard rubber with knurled edge markings, topped by a flat disk with a flute-shaped earpiece centered on it.

The earpiece has a circular opening at the base, and a diaphragm may be seen through the opening.

The opposite end of the cylinder has two brass terminals and two screw heads mounted flush to the case. Both terminals and screws have slot-headed tops.

There are no manufacturer markings on the case.
