DescriptionA black box with rounded edges. Near the bottom, protruding corners with circular holes in them. On one side, a rectangular yellow label (painted on?) that tells the maker, the patent number, etc. The top of the box has a slotted screw on each end. There are four metal connectors -- two on each side -- that have been soldered over many times. These connectors are numbered (1 to 4); connectors 3 and 4 are also labeled "HIGH".
