          DescriptionWooden box with sliding lid containing an enveloppe of printed card material for intelligence test, Form M, a record booklet for intelligence test, Form M, a paper doll, a 6"x 6" pad, blue blocks, buttons, a green board with red geometrical forms, an object card I and object card II (both with various items attached), and other similar children toys and objects in separate compartments. The box appears to be almost complete.

          All these objects were test materials for the revised Stanford-Binet Scale, Form M. Two forms of this revised test existed: L and M (for "L"ewis and "M"aud, the authors' first names).
