DescriptionThirty-two pages green-covered booklet for use with Robert Sessions Woodworth's "Psychology". This was a very popular psychology text in the 1930s and 1940s. It had five editions, the first in 1929 and the last in 1955. This booklet, part of the package, contains study questions, strictly referring to Woodworth's work.
The title page of the booklet reads: "Adapted to guide and motivate the learner's reading and thinking in the study of Woodworth's Psychology (Revised)." It says, furthermore: "For use with the new SELF-INSTRUCTOR AND TESTER." It is a new method of self-testing, as the last sentence at the bottom of the booklet mentions: "The student does his own thinking and checks up his own conclusions while recording them."
This is a self-learning method to improve intelligence.
