DescriptionA brass stand of unknown purpose. The stand consists of a ring supported on three ball feet, with a rectangular bracket attached to the ring. The bracket supports a second ring parallel to and above the first, and on the top face, a pair of knurled edge adjustment knobs and a center spindle.
The top ring appears to be height adjustable; both rings have several balls mounted along the inside edge.
