          DescriptionThis is an all-brass reflecting octant with an index arm decorated with a scrolling circular pattern, floral design, and punch marks inscribed around the edges. It has a rotating magnifier [glass missing] for the vernier scale, a thumb screw clamp, and an adjustable index mirror with three glass shades and an adjustable horizon glass operated by a moveable disc and shifting plate underneath the frame. The back sight has two peep holes with a pivoted peep hole cover.

          It has a 6.75" radius, 3 index shades, 0 to 20 vernier to 1' (0 right), -5° to 105° scale.

          It comes with a mahogany keystone case.
