DescriptionWhat appears to be a piece of bakelite (or plastic?) has been shaped into a cone and is held together by silvered rivets. A circular piece of metal with tightening screws is at the smaller end of the megaphone. It was most likely fixed on another acoustic instrument to amplify the sound it produced, such as WJ0158.
