DescriptionWhat appears to be a piece of bakelite (or plastic?) has been shaped into a cone and is held together by gilded rivets. A circular piece of metal with tightening is at the smaller end of the megaphone and was used as a mouthpiece. It was used to amplify the sound of a human voice.
