        DescriptionA mallet for striking a resonator, tuning fork or similar instrument, used for acoustic experiments. Instrument consists of a long metal shank with a turned wooden handle on one end and cylindrical brass mallet head on the other. The mallet head is oriented lengthwise in alignment with the shaft. The wooden handle has a rounded metal cuff where it attaches to the handle.
