DescriptionA mallet for striking a resonator, tuning fork or similar instrument, used for acoustic experiments. Instrument consists of a long wooden shank as a handle supporting a cylindrical mallet head. The mallet head is made of a cylindrical wooden center with two worn and distressed, irregularly shaped ends. A piece of rubber is nailed to each end.
