DescriptionProportional compass with the steel points. The long divider points are here replaced by caliper points. The cursor is tightened in place by a large, knurled thumbscrew.
There is just one sector scale on the compass--a line of "Lines" (or equal parts).
The case is oblong and has two brass latch hooks. It is covered in red leather and lined in red velvet.
