Description3 1/4" Diameter Plastic Ring Dial (Poke) with settable latitude correction
3 1/4" diameter brass Ring Dial. Time scale is in Arabic numerals subdivided into 1 hour increments on the exterior (side) surface of the ring (morning on one side and afternoon on the other). There is one pin hole with its position adjusted for declination against a scale delineating months in Roman numerals. The location of the suspension ring can be adjusted for latitudes of 34, 40, 48 or 54 degrees. The vernal equinox is set for approximately 21 March.,circular
