          DescriptionA square-shaped, hinged, latched wooden case with metal brackets to secure a carrying handle, but the handle is missing.

          The instrument is housed in a black case. A curved, rounded display window shows a scale with a flat indicator, and without calibration marks, but with the words: "No. Type P" printed below.

          The face of the instrument has three knobs, two on the left and one on the right. One on the left is labeled, "0" and on on the right is labeled "150"
          Signedbelow the display is a metal plaque inscribed: Voltmeter / Pat. June 1, 1908 / GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. / SCHENECTADY, N.Y. U.S.A.
