DescriptionDrum base contains a tilting substage plane mirror and a fixed substage condensor lens. The stage takes a spring loaded holder for large, presumably wooden slides. A pillar contains a hidden rack and pinion focuser carrying a clamp for the ~ 8 " long compound body. The eyepiece has a field lens, but the eye lens seems to be missing. The tube has a field lens. The objective # 3, glass missing, has male threads of 10.5 mm dia. x 0.4 mm pitch.
