          DescriptionFrom instrument card: "Two coils (of 17 turns each - if simple layer) on bakelite spools (3 1/8' dia) mounted on either side of heavy bakelite support. This is again mounted on rectangular base (bakelite) with two binding posts and rotating switch to connect the coils, presumablly, for parallel "MIN" and series "MAX". Carved into the wooden base is the specification: 4m = .00002684.
