DescriptionA smooth black cylinder with rounded edges. On part of the curved side, is a nameplate, over which the user painted "ME15." To the left of these four characters is a grommet through which a long black insulated wire with a switch built into it is round. The wire terminates with a two-pronged plug. A series of large round holes can be found close to both ends of the cylinder.

From the top emerges a much smaller black cylinder, topped by a gray metal piece with a broader cross-hatched rim. (The latter piece looks a bit like a castle turret.)

Embedded in the bottom of the cylinder (perpendicular to it) is another black cylindrical component; this component is black, long and thin. Running out of this component (once again aligned with the large cylinder) is a long thin rod, the end of which is threaded. The rod is screwed through three metal pieces. The first is shaped like a blunt bullet and has a band textured like a pinecone. The second is disk-like. The third (into which the rod terminates) seems to be a smaller version of the rimmed piece on the other end of the instrument.
