DescriptionThe brass aperture has an irregular hole drilled through the center with a diameter ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 cm. Holes are drilled on the faces in order to mate the aperture with the range compensator (2002-1-0028b).
Along the side of the cylinder there are markings in black ink: "DE / R / [partly obliterated letters and numerals]" and "RL1." There is also a cross marked in line with a scratched line on the front face of the cylinder.
The front face is marked with obliterated letters and "RL1 T[hole]P WED 1-23." This refers to the orientation of the treatment (Right Lateral One) and the date.
A green circular sticker is scotch taped on the side and labeled, "1/23/02 / RAS." This refers to the patient and date of treatment.
