DescriptionThis instrument consists of an optical tube terminated by an eyepiece. It is equipped with two graduated silver scales divided in singre degrees. They can be rotated independently from one another using the the micrometric screw on the side. The instrument was probably fixed on an optical bench, its optical tube inserted inside another instrument to gather light.
