DescriptionWhite plastic exterior. The front face is slanted backward and there is a ledge that protrudes from the bottom third of the front. On the ledge are a black dial and three pairs of black buttons. The ledge is light grey on the bottom where the buttons are and darker grey above the buttons. Above the ledge is a display with a meter showing a pH scale. The scale consists of a semi-circular arc, with a line running down the middle of the arc. The numbers 0-0.9 are printed in red along the top on the left half of the arc, in intervals of 0.1. This is repeated in the right half of arc. The numbers 0-14 are printed in black along the lower edge of the arc. Below the meter, on the left side, "EXPANDED SCALE TOP" is printed in red, and "STANDARD SCALE BOTTOM" is printed in black. On the right side "MV / MULTIPLY READINGS / BY 100" is printed in black below the scale.
There is a turning dial to the left of the display. Outside of the dial is a red ring with gradations on the top half of the circumference. Outside of the red ring is a light grey ring with the numbers 0-100 printed in intervals of 10 along the top half of the circumference and "TEMP °C" at the bottom of the ring. A grey, three-pronged power cord runs from the back. There is a silver pole that extends vertically up from a metal plate that is attached to the back.
