Inside is the instrument, with a bakelite casing. Fan-shaped window at top of the panel, with the Rawson standard pointer (with a double, o-shaped section over the mirror) with a reflective band under the scale.
Double non-linear scale, top scale from 0-150 volts and bottom scale from 0-50volts, AC or DC thermal from.
Under scale at upper right discoidal dial labeled “1.5”, “5”, “15”, “50”, “150” and “OFF”. Under the scale at lower left are two black capped binding posts on raised oval. Raised disk-shaped section with the "ZERO" and "CLAMP" dials, dot on “CLAMP “ dial and labeled underneath “UNCLAMP BEFORE USING.
