DescriptionSquare walnut case with flat leather handle and hinged lid.
Inside is the instrument, with a bakelite casing. Fan-shaped window at bottom of the panel, knife-edged needle and a reflective band under the scale.
Double linear scale, top scale 0-12 watts and bottom scale 0-4 watts.
Above the scale on left are two black capped binding posts, labeled “CURRENT” and left one labeled +/. On right two black capped binding posts labeled “POTENTIAL” and left one labeled +/-. Straight pointer knob labeled “4”, “12”, “40” and “120”.
At center is raised disc with "CLAMP" dial and “ZERO” dial, arrow on “CLAMP” dial and labeled above dials “UNCLAMP BEFORE USING”.
