DescriptionA long brass beam with numbers inscribed on it and with a pivot close to one of its ends. (The pivot would be at 0 if the numbers continued). It is supported by two metallic stands that have brass discs as feet. The one that holds the pivot from below becomes a center of rotation or balance, while the other simply restricts the vertical movement of the bar leaving some room for movement. In addition to this, there is one metallic disc with a holder that allows it to slide on the beam. The whole set is stored in a box when not in use.
